FUP (Fair Usage Policy)

Your high-speed data allowance is used first. Once it runs out, your connection is NOT cut off — instead, your speed is reduced to 1 Mbps, which is sufficient for basic tasks like messaging and light browsing.

Top-up is not available for FUP plans. You will need to purchase a new eSIM to restore high-speed data.

nonhkip (Non-Hong Kong IP)

Your internet traffic is NOT routed through Hong Kong servers, which would otherwise cause higher latency and slower speeds.

This means: lower ping, faster and more stable connection — ideal for video calls, streaming, and real-time apps.

USIP (US IP Address)

You are assigned a US IP address regardless of your physical location.

This allows you to bypass geographic restrictions and access US-only services such as banking apps, streaming platforms, and region-locked websites from anywhere in the world.

Refund Policy Summary

Due to their digital nature, eSIM profiles are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated.

• Unresolvable technical errors on our end preventing activation.

• Device incompatibility (if already stated on our site).
• Improper installation or user error.
• Unused data or change of mind.
