eSIMstep provides prepaid digital eSIM data plans delivered electronically. After purchase, you receive a QR code or activation details to install an compatible device.

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying device compatibility before purchase

  • Following activation instructions

  • Using an unlocked, supported device

We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted service.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Authorize payment charges

  • Pay applicable taxes and fees

Digital eSIM products are delivered immediately after payment. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Delivery and Responsibility

eSIMs are delivered electronically via email or your account. Once activation details are delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

You are responsible for protecting your activation credentials. We are not liable for loss caused by sharing or mishandling them.
