Account Deletion Request
eSIMstep users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page explains how to submit a request, what data is deleted, and what information may be retained for legal, tax, security, or service reasons.
How to request account deletion
- Log in to your eSIMstep account, if you still have access.
- Open a support ticket from your account or email support@esimstep.com.
- Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address connected to your eSIMstep account.
- Our support team may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
Partial data deletion
You may also request deletion of certain personal data without deleting your full account. To do this, contact support@esimstep.com and clearly describe the data you want reviewed or removed.
Data we delete
- Account profile information
- Login-related account data
- Saved preferences
- App-related account records where deletion is technically possible
Data we may retain
- Order history and eSIM delivery records
- Payment, invoice, tax, and accounting records
- Refund, dispute, chargeback, fraud-prevention, and security records
- Support messages related to completed orders or disputes
Retention period
Some records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or dispute-resolution purposes. Data that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely retained only where permitted by law.
